These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the registration and participation in training sessions provided by Kilmer HVAC Service Inc. By enrolling in a training session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Kilmer Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions. In such cases, registrants will be notified and given the option of a full refund or transfer to a future session.

3. Attendee Responsibilities

• Participants must adhere to all safety protocols and instructor guidelines during training sessions.
• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• Training materials provided during sessions are for personal or company use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
Kilmer HVAC Service Inc. is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to session cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Modifications
Kilmer HVAC Service Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
